Not all the weather news was bad news Monday. The snow created the perfect conditions for a sport called "Urban Snowboarding."
Victor Villegas was spotted riding his board up and down the side of west Loop 289's embankment at 19th Street.
Victor had no school or work Monday, so why not take advantage of this rare occasion?
Villegas said there aren't many hills in west Texas so this was about as close as it was going to get.
