It was a tale of two halves for the Texas Tech Red Raiders Tuesday night. Looking to make it two straight wins in conference play, the Red Raiders got off to a hot start against Texas A&M, taking a 26-17 lead into the half.
The second half of the game was all Aggies. They outscored Tech 30-12 in the second half of play to pick up the 47-38 win.
Jaye Crockett was the only Red Raider to score in double figures. He had a team high 12 points in the loss.
On a happier note, there was a marriage proposal during the game, and yes, she said yes!
The loss drops the Red Raiders record on the season to 8-17 and 1-12 in Big 12 play. Next up for Tech is a road game on Saturday taking on #4 Kansas.
