A motorcyclist is in serious condition in a Lubbock hospital after losing control of his bike.
The accident happened around 8:30pm Wednesday night at the intersection of 82nd and University. Police say the man clipped his bike on the car traveling in front of him causing him to lose control.
The car left the scene, but police believe the driver may not have been aware that the motorcyclist hit him. The accident is under investigation.
