Dog rescued from south Lubbock house fire

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Residents of a home in south Lubbock are safe today after a house fire.

The flames broke out around 3p.m. Wednesday at a duplex in the 9400 block of Boston Avenue.

No injuries have been reported, and we're told a dog rescued from the adjoining unit is also safe.

The Fire Marshal was called out, but so far no other information is available at this time.
