Man jailed for transporting "Undocumented Aliens"

Wednesday a Mexican National is jailed in Lubbock because according to a criminal complaint he was moving what the document calls "undocumented aliens" for money.

In mid-February a U.S. Border Patrol agent pulled over 31-year-old Aron Leal-Nogeda in Garza County for speeding. Upon investigation, the agent realized Leal-Nogeda had 5 other passengers in the car with him who were "illegally present in the United States." 

They were all taken to the U.S. Border Patrol station here in Lubbock. According to the indictment, Leal-Nogeda is charged with transportation of illegal aliens and aiding and abetting.
