Shotts Is Running For City Council

Another candidate is throwing her hat in the ring for City Council District One. Cloetta Shotts announced her candidacy at City Hall on Monday.

Shotts has worked with the South Plains Food Bank and served as a code inspector for the City of Lubbock. She says she understands the problems in the neighborhoods and knows how to solve them.

She faces Linda Deleon in the May election.
