Chris Winn challenges Neugebauer for District 19 seat

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Republican Chairman Chris Winn is running against Congressman Randy Neugebauer for the District 19 seat.

Some are raising the question if funding will be an issue for Winn since the district spans across several large media markets.

Winn expects to hold a press conference next week about his announcement.

Neugebauer is currently serving his fifth term. He was elected June 5, 2003, according to his website.
