If you were not very productive at work today, you can call it "Cyberloafing Monday." Blame it on Daylight Savings Time. A study from a Penn State looked at 6 years of daylight savings data from Google, and found that just losing an hour of sleep sends more workers to the web on the Monday after Daylight Savings. This means you will be spending more time than usual surfing online. The theory is that people show less self-control when they're tired, and apparently that one hour matters.
