A new study at Stanford could make some Internet sales spike, but hang on for a tip on how to get this for free. Researchers at Stanford discovered an exercise trick, which they say helped obese women work out longer.
In three months, they dropped almost three inches from the waist, and lowered their blood pressure and heart rate. The women walked with a device that kept their palms cool. For comparison, another test group of women without the palm cooling device did not get the same weight loss results.
You can find palm coolers on the Internet, but they're expensive. Researchers add if you'll just hold a bottle of chilled water in each hand when you walk. You should be able to walk longer and feel less fatigued.
