Lubbock Family's Son Dies in Iraq

Marine Private First Class Ricky A. Morris was killed in Iraq Thursday. The Department of Defense reports Morris and another Marine died as a result of enemy action in Al Qaim, Iraq.

Morris was 20-years-old. He and his parents moved to Lubbock in 2003.

He was scheduled to return to Lubbock in September.
