Child Injured After Being Hit by Truck

A three-year-old boy was taken to Covenant after he was hit by a truck in a parking lot Saturday.

Police say the driver of the truck was entering a car wash at 50th and Avenue P around 2:30 p.m. when she hit the child.

The boy suffered only moderate injuries.
