Preliminary autopsy results of the human remains found in Big Spring, TX on Tuesday have determined that the body is male.
TARRANT COUNTY, TX (KCBD) -
A partially mummified skeleton found near the Big Spring
airport is believed to be an elderly man.
Tarrant County Medical Examiner spokesperson Linda
Anderson says the man was found fully clothed. She cannot elaborate on what
type of clothing he was wearing.
She says they are working to extract DNA from the
remains to determine a positive identification. They are also trying to figure
out how long the body was there. Anderson says they do not know how long
this could take.
Initially, sources suspected the remains were that of

still alive. Volunteers have regrouped and continue to search for the missing
teen.
