Driver escapes serious injury in semi rollover

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A rollover in North Lubbock Wednesday sent the driver of a semi to the hospital. Fortunately, the driver was not badly hurt.

Lubbock police tell us the man suffered only minor injuries.

The rollover happened around 5 p.m. near the intersection of North Loop 289 and North University.

Investigators haven't released what caused the truck to flip over.
