Lubbock police investigate Sunday morning stabbing

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Lubbock police are looking for two suspects they say were involved in a stabbing early Sunday morning.

Authorities received a call around 1:40 a.m. in reference to a stabbing at the Fiesta Ballroom in the 1900 block of East 4th Street.

They say the suspects and victims got into a fight inside the club and two people were stabbed.

Both Abel Garcia, 27 and Thomas Garcia, 26, sustained multiple stab wounds to the torso and were transported to UMC with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspects have been described as two Hispanic males, both heavyset.

One is described as having a shaved head, numerous tattoos on his arms, and was last seen wearing a white muscle shirt.
