Texas Tech (12-6, 1-0 Big 12) climbed back into the Top 25 at No. 23 in this week's Intercollegiate Tennis Association's men's poll released Tuesday.

The Red Raiders, who had slipped to No. 29, then No. 30, upended rival Baylor last Saturday for the first time since 1996. The Bears, who were No. 29 at the time of the loss, had won 18 straight against the Red Raiders.

This week marks the 41st consecutive ranking period that the Red Raiders have been ranked No. 30 or better in the ITA poll.

Texas Tech hosts No. 25 Texas A&M (11-9, 1-1 Big 12) on Saturday at 6 p.m. at the McLeod Tennis Center. Admission is free to all fans. The first 100 who enter the facility will receive a Texas Tech tennis t-shirt. There will be free pizza, prizes and giveaways all evening.
