Grand jury indicts Lubbock man for injury to a child

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Paul Rodriguez was indicted for injury to a child on Tuesday. He is accused of physically abusing his girlfriend's 2 year old son.

Back in November, she took the toddler to the emergency room after discovering burn makes on his face.

Doctors also discovered bruising all over his body.
