Tommy Gonzalez To Become City Manager of Harlingen - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Former interim City Manager Tommy Gonzalez has a new job, City Manager of Harlingen. Gonzalez was offered the job on Monday. His salary will be $132,500 per year plus a vehicle stipend.

Gonzalez spent 13 years working for the city of Lubbock. He resigned in December after he was passed over for Lubbock City Manager. Gonzalez will start his new job in Harlingen on April 12th.

Harlingen is located in the southern tip of Texas, and has close to 60,000 residents.
