Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts Man In Depot District Shooting - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

On his 38th birthday a Lubbock Grand Jury handed down a 3-count indictment to Timothy Lieck.

He is charged with two counts of aggravated assault for trying to pull his wife into their car and then shooting a man who tried to break up the dispute.

Lieck is also charged with one count of endangering a child, as the couple's toddler was in the car during the March 1st Depot District incident.
