Final Members of 413th Army Unit Return Home from Iraq

85 members of Lubbock's 413th Civil Affairs Army Unit left for Iraq one year ago.

As of Tuesday, all 85 soldiers are home with the arrival of the last 15 reservists Tuesday afternoon. The group was greeted by family members and fellow soldiers at the Lubbock International Airport.

Many offered support and encouragement for those still serving overseas. "Just hang with it, try to make it as enjoyable as possible. Time will fly by fast and soon you'll be back with your family and friends," said Army Reservist Ian Vanmeter.
