Lubbock Police Arrest Teens Suspected Of Burglarizing Vehicles

Two teenagers are behind bars Thursday. Police say both are suspects in a rash of recent car burglaries at Tinseltown Theater and the Koko Inn.

Their crime spree came to an end Wednesday night, following a police chase across Lubbock. It began when police noticed a suspicious pickup in the Tinseltown parking lot. As officers approached, the truck sped off.

Authorities followed the vehicle to an alley in North Lubbock, where it rammed an unmarked police car. That's when the teens took off on foot, and were captured moments later. Police say the truck was also stolen.
