Court documents reveal Steve Ballesteros, 41, admitted to choking Maria Priscilla Perez. Ballesteros told police he thought Perez, 32, was having an affair.
LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
A rosary for Maria Priscilla Perez will be held Friday at
7 p.m. at the Guajardo Funeral Home at 407 N University.
Her funeral is set for Saturday April 21st at 10
a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church at 102 Avenue P. She will be buried at the Lubbock Cemetery.
There is a memorial fund set up at 1st Convenience Bank inside Calmar under Maria Priscilla Perez.
Perez's boyfriend, Steve Ballesteros, admitted to choking Perez on April 12. Ballesteros is behind bars at the Lubbock County Detention Center. His bond is set at $500,000.
