Autopsy reports confirm that foul play was not involved in the February death of a Lubbock man who was found in the back seat of an SUV.
According to the Lubbock Medical Examiners Office, 25-year-old Cory Rogers died of alcohol poisoning. Rogers was placed in the SUV in the 2400 block of 95th Street after his friends thought he was too intoxicated to drive. He was found dead the next day.
