Revitalization Plan In Works For Lubbock Neighborhoods

The Lubbock City Council addressed a revitalization plan for the older neighborhoods inside the city.

The council approved a resolution that authorizes the mayor to negotiate a contract with an urban redevelopment firm. The firm will develop a revitalization plan for older Lubbock neighborhoods. $75,000 dollars in the budget has been set aside for this project.
