Former Prime Minister Visits TTU

The former Prime Minister of South Vietnam paid a visit to Texas Tech on Monday.

General Nguyen Khanh spoke to graduate students about the Vietnam War. General Khanh left Vietnam in 1965 after a disagreement with U.S. officials. He then served as Ambassador-At-Large for Vietnam.
