Excel Recalls More Than 45,000 Ibs. of Meat - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Excel is recalling more than forty-five-thousand pounds of ground beef sold in several states, including Texas.

The company said it's recalling the meat because the product may contain harmful E-Coli Bacteria. The meat was produced at Excel's Dodge City Plant in Kansas. Excel says the meat carried a use-or-freeze-by date of April 29th.
