A new study by researchers at Stanford Medical Center finds over a million Americans are prone to sleepwalking. They surveyed nearly twenty thousand people, and found three percent of the population had a sleepwalking episode in the past year. People who were depressed were more likely to sleepwalk, as well as those with alcohol disorders. They also found people taking antidepressants or over-the-counter sleeping pills were more likely to wander while sleeping.
