Cinco de Mayo Celebrations

Festivities were all around the Hub City Wednesday as people celebrated Cinco de Mayo.

Cinco de Mayo is often mistaken for Mexican Independence Day, but it actually celebrates a Mexican victory over French troops outside Mexico City on May 5th,1862.

Mexico declared its independence from Spain on September 10th, 1810.
