Juquetia chiles pleaded guilty to counterfeiting bank checks today.
According to court documents, she collected account information on wells fargo business customers, then gave that information to her boyfriend, 30-year-old Ashley Jerome Carter, who would create fraudulent checks.
Carter has pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial. Not only does Chiles face a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail, but she also faces a fine of 250-thousand dollars.
Her sentencing will come at a later date.
