It looks like there won't be a run-off in the Levelland Mayor's race after all. A recount has given Waymon Jackson the majority once again.
Current Mayor Bo Bowman confirmed the announcement Tuesday, saying he lost 2 votes in the recount and Jackson gained 2 more.
Bowman says Jackson will be sworn in as Mayor on Tuesday, May 29, and that he will not ask for another recount.
