Lubbock Grand Jury Indict Driver In Alcohol Related Accident - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Intoxication assault and aggravated assault are the charges 43-year-old Alex Baldomino will go to trial for following his indictment Tuesday.

The charges stem from a March 12th accident on I-27 near New Deal. DPS Troopers say Baldomino lost control of his truck and rolled it. The accident left his passenger paralyzed.

Baldomino's blood alcohol level was reported to be at .21 which is more than twice the legal limit.
