Warning for Users of Children's Motrin

A medication mix-up triggers a nationwide consumer warning. The maker of children's Motrin and Tylenol Geltabs says the two drugs were mistakenly swapped during packaging. Some packages of grape-flavored children's Motrin contain adult doses of 8-hour Tylenol Geltabs.

Drug maker McNiel consumer and specialty pharmaceutical won't say how many packages were mislabeled and shipped nationwide earlier this year.

Mislabeled packages are marked with the lot number JAM108 and expire in January 2006. So far only two mislabeled packages have turned up.
