A Lubbock man was arrested Sunday for taking pictures with a cell phone up women's skirts at the Walmart on Quaker Avenue and South Loop 289.
Police say Lyle Johnson, 45, was arrested at about 7:30 p.m. After receiving a phone call complaining about the man, police located him in the parking lot and found pornographic images on his phone.
Johnson has been charged with possession of child pornography and possession of marijuana.
