Jury selection also started in the trial of Edward Martinez who is charged with burglary with intent to commit aggravated robbery.

Martinez is one of four men charged with attacking 81-year-old A.L. Hawkins in his home in April 2003. Hawkins suffered many stab wounds, but recovered after weeks in the hospital.
