LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

The Lubbock County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the body discovered at the Stonelake Apartments. The deceased has been scientifically identified as Joe Wayne Reynolds Jr.

A resident near 74th and Elgin Avenue saw the body floating in the water around 11 a.m. Monday. A dive team was called out to recover the body.
