12 Additional Families Join Lawsuit Against Lubbock Cemetery - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The lawsuit involving alleged neglect at the Lubbock City Cemetery continues to grow.

At least twelve more families have joined the lawsuit against the city and Lubbock Cemetery. The lawsuit claims people were buried under the wrong name, grave sites were lost, headstones were placed on the wrong grave sites, headstones were removed, and the remains of people were buried on top of other people.

The city and Lubbock County have until June 7th to respond to the lawsuit.
