Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts Man On Child Pornography Charges - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Timothy Nipp was indicted by a Lubbock Grand Jury Tuesday.

The indictment includes nine counts of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of possession of child pornography. Nipp was arrested last March after he reportedly was caught performing a sex act with a child. Police also confiscated an 11 minute video as evidence at the time of his arrest.

His bond is set at $150,000.
