TTU Makes Plans To Extend Chancellor's Contract

Texas Tech Chancellor Dr. David Smith may get a contract extension from the university. Wednesday, the Tech Board of Regents said they are in negotiations with Dr. Smith.

Regents hope to extend Dr. Smith's contract by three years, that's the maximum length allowed by law.
