Early morning fire destroys home on Ave. V

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

An early morning fire destroyed a home in central Lubbock Saturday morning.

Fire officials were called to the 2200 block of Avenue V around 6:30 a.m. Fortunately, no one was inside at the time of the fire.

Although the blaze was said to be concentrated in the attic, officials believe the structure to be a total loss.
