Wasp sting leads to medical emergency at Buffalo Springs Lake

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Big trouble from a small insect out at Buffalo Springs Lake Sunday. EMS responded after a man went into anaphylactic shock.

The man was stung by a wasp and had a severe allergic reaction.

Aerocare was called in to fly him to a Lubbock hospital where he is expected to recover.
