Motorcycle Accident Sends One Person to Lubbock Hospital

A Lubbock man was taken to the hospital following a collision between a motorcycle and car Saturday evening.

The accident happened just after 7:00 p.m. near 34th St. and Vicksburg. Police say the driver of the motorcycle was not wearing a helmet.

He was transported to University Medical Center with moderate head injuries.
