LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
A Lubbock area Postal Service employee was indicted last week for theft of mail.
Grant Demose Fisher is accused of stealing four "GameFly mailers," medication, jewelry, and a Netflix movie from packages in the mail. GameFly is a video game rental service.
The indictment says Fisher committed the thefts in both Lubbock and Hockley Counties between October 2011 and February 2012. Fisher faces a total of five felony counts. At last check he had not been taken into custody.
The indictment is not clear if Fisher worked in a sorting center or if he was a letter carrier.
