A Lubbock man admitted that he downloaded child pornography from the Internet, according to court records filed Thursday. Tony Alvarez was indicted by a grand jury in mid-May on a charge of Possession of Child Pornography.
His age and address were not listed in court records.
He admits that he intentionally searched for and then downloaded multiple sexually-explicit images of underage girls. He'll be sentenced at a later date to no more than 10 years in prison.
