Pound chicken to flatten. Make a slit in breast and stuff pocket with 1 oz. cream cheese and peppers. Roll chicken breast. Wrap with two pieces of bacon, securing with toothpicks. Marinate in Italian dressing for 2 hours. Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's. Grill 30 minutes, turning once. Serves 6.

A healthier version from Beth Dawdy:
2 large chicken breasts
2 strips of turkey bacon
1/2 cup onions - chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers - chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms - chopped
2 jalapeno sliced - fresh
1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan
2 Tbs. of Plain Greek Yogurt
Italian Dressing and Tony's Chachere's
Saute' veggies together with olive oil.. Add garlic powder if you would like. Mix yogurt and cheese together, then add sauteed veggies to mix. Let set for 15 minutes. In a baking pan take chicken breasts, cut and make a pouch. Add mixed ingredients to pouch of chicken, wrap chicken with turkey bacon. Add Italian Dressing and Tony's to chicken. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
