New information has been released in the investigation of a local bank robbery.
Lubbock Police have created a sketch of one of the suspects involved in the City Bank robbery April 21st. It is based on a description given by a witness to the robbery. According to police, there were two bandits, both of them were disguised. One wore a blonde wig, the other had a cap with a fake beard and was armed with a gun.
The branch at 50th and Indiana was actually robbed twice during the month of April. However, police do not believe they are related. City Bank is offering rewards up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in these robberies.
