Gas Prices Dropping in Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Analysts predicted gas prices would go up during the holiday weekend as many drivers hit the road, but it seems here in Lubbock just the opposite happened.

While gas price hunting around town on Saturday, we found gas as low as $1.80 a gallon at Rudy's Country Store. That's down 8 cents from just this past Wednesday.

Most other filling stations are holding steady at $1.88 or $1.89.
