Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts Suspected Shooter

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted a woman suspected of shooting her husband in the elbow.

36-year-old Leona Weber told police she meant to shoot herself but shot her 40-year-old husband, Carl Weber Jr,. instead.

The incident happened March 20th at their home in the 5600 block of 38th Street. Leona was indicted for aggravated assault.
