Brother stabs brother during Friday morning argument

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Two brothers have been arrested after a family argument turned violent Friday morning in the 2600 block of East Auburn.

Just before 6:30 a.m., police say 49-year-old Freddy Green was stabbed by his brother, 48-year-old Bobby Green.

Police say Freddy went to his brother's house in violation of a protective order and that Bobby stabbed Freddy while he was talking to another person.

Freddy was taken to UMC with non-life threatening injuries and was arrested after his release.

Bobby was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
