IDALOU, TX (KCBD) -

Last week the Idalou Police Department released dashcam video - a moment that was described as "Attempted Capital Murder" during a chase involving James Charles Guilbeau, 27, of Plano. But now, Mr. Guilbeau has even more legal trouble.

Over the weekend, Collin County added one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. A supervisor at the Lubbock County Detention Center could not provide details except to confirm the charge that appears on Guilbeau's booking sheet and to confirm that it comes from Collin County Texas.

In Lubbock County, Guilbeau faces charges of Evading Arrest, Tampering With Evidence, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Idalou police say more charges are coming.

Last week Chief Albert Garcia said that Guilbeau tried to kill his passenger during the police chase by ramming his car into another one head-on in nearby Ralls.

The chase started near Idalou in Lubbock County. Ralls is in Crosby County so that's where additional charges might be filed.
