More good news about coffee…it may lower your risk of the most common form of skin cancer. Researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital analyzed data collected from more than 100,000 nurses. They found the more they drank coffee, the lower their risk for basal cell carcinoma. Coffee consumption has also been linked to a lower risk for diabetes and Parkinson's disease. Experts say caffeine appears to be the key because they could find no benefit in those who drank decaf.
