The FDA did exactly what an untold number of scientists and families hoped for this morning. That agency gave its approval for researchers at the University of Miami to launch a first of its kind study on humans in the effort to cure paralysis. It all started with something called the Miami Project, which was launched at that University. We've invited Dr. Bradley Miller here today from the Neuropathology Department at Texas Tech to explain more about the Miami Project, and what this could mean to families everywhere.
